All treatment appointments require a £50 non-refundable booking fee for Microblading. The booking fee will then be deducted from the final treatment price.

 

 The only reasons a refund of the booking fee will be issued are: 

1: Your patch test has reacted therefore meaning you can not medically have the procedure. You (the client) would need to inform us (the MBA Practitioner)  immediately and no later than 24 hours after the patch test was done.

2: You (the client) give us (the MBA Practitioner) 24 hours notice of the cancelled appointment, at which time you will be offered another appointment at MBA's convenience.

​

3: You have a medical condition develop that does not allow you to have the full procedure, in which instance a Dr/hospital letter would be required to receive a full refund. 

 

With regards to ANY appointments if 24 hours notice is given we will try to rebook you as soon as possible. If you are booked in after a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours notice of cancellation was given by you) MBA will only offer one more appointment, if that or any other subsequent appointments are missed you will not be able to be booked in again.
